Shipping Policy

We provide free shipping within India.

If the order is returned due to incorrect address at the time of the order and the order returns back to us then the shipping charges for the returned package will be charged. In addition to the return shipping charges, the additional shipping charges will be applied to dispatch the order again.

 

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Delivery Timelines: 

Within Kochi - 1-2 days

Within Kerala - 2-3 days

To Metros - 3-5 days

Rest of India - 4-7 days

Northeast and J&K - 5-9 days

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If you believe that the product (s) is damaged, or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery, refuse to take delivery of the package and send us an email at feedback@sugarboocurls.com, mentioning your order reference number. We will do our best to help you with a replacement.
